First, descriptive statistics calculations were made while analyzing the data obtained in the study. In order to determine whether teachers’ perceptions of work-family conflict differ according to gender variable, ANOVA test was used to determine whether it differed according to t-test, seniority, course load, school size and level of education. As a result of the descriptive statistics, it was determined that the teachers “rarely” agreed with statements in the Work-Family Conflict scale.
